How MindBend works

A short guide to discovering, booking and running programmes through the platform.

For organisers

  1. Create an account and tell us whether you are an individual, a corporate team, a school or a public institution.
  2. Browse programmes, save favourites and shortlist trainers.
  3. Pick a date, fill the brief (PO, audience, special requirements) and confirm. Pay through MindBend.
  4. Receive a contract and invoice automatically. Attend. Get certificates.
  5. Review your trainer — verified attendees only, so quality stays high.

For trainers

  1. Sign up as a trainer and complete your profile, languages, expertise, credentials and pricing.
  2. Publish one or more programmes. Set dates, agenda, audience, prerequisites.
  3. Receive booking requests, accept and run the session.
  4. Mark attendance, issue certificates and request payout. MindBend pays within 7 days.
  5. Collect reviews to grow your marketplace ranking.

Pricing & commission

MindBend charges a transparent commission per booking. Rates depend on trainer verification level: 20% unverified, 15% verified, 12% certified, 10% premium. The organiser pays one amount; the trainer receives their share automatically.
